1. Program Access

• Upon purchase, you will receive access to the digital materials or communication channels associated with your selected program.

• For Program 1 (Video Analysis), access includes submission instructions, personalized feedback, and a downloadable training plan.

• For Program 2 (1-on-1 Coaching), access includes scheduled Zoom sessions, messaging access to Matt Skrmetta, and an evolving training plan.

• For Program 3 (Webinar Replay), you will receive lifetime access to the pre-recorded training session.

2. Delivery of Services

• Program access and instructions will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email is entered correctly.

• Video critiques and custom plans are typically delivered within 7 business days of submission.

• Zoom sessions must be scheduled in advance and completed within the designated coaching term.

3. Refund Policy

• Due to the personalized nature of these services, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted or services have begun.

4. Program Limitations

• These programs are designed for educational and developmental purposes only. Results may vary based on individual effort, consistency, and physical condition.

• The coaching provided does not constitute medical advice. Always consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new training program.

5. Rescheduling & Communication

• For 1-on-1 Coaching (Program 2), missed or canceled Zoom calls without 24-hour notice may not be rescheduled.

• Direct messaging access is intended for coaching-related questions and may have a standard response time of 24–48 hours.

6. Intellectual Property

• All training materials, video critiques, and downloadable resources are the intellectual property of The Mound Mechanic and may not be reproduced, shared, or sold.

7. Updates to Terms

• The Mound Mechanic reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
